Cookies and browser storage retain information on your device. We use localStorage (roelyn-cookie-consent) only to remember your privacy choice, its policy version and time for six months. This necessary preference does not track browsing. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies to this page only and the next page asks again. Google Analytics and Google verification are enabled by default when there is no current saved preference. Your saved choices take precedence; you can disable either category in Cookie settings.
Analytics, advertising and embedded services
Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and usage by default unless your saved preference disables analytics. Its measurement ID is G-DF6W3P31ZB, retained from our original website. It may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_DF6W3P31ZB; Google Analytics cookies normally last up to two years. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Page URLs and referrers sent by our tag omit query strings and fragments. Google reCAPTCHA is a separate service, enabled by default unless your saved preference disables verification; it loads only when you submit an enquiry. It may use cookies including _GRECAPTCHA and process IP addresses, device/browser information and interactions for abuse prevention. Enquiry forms
Online enquiry forms require Google reCAPTCHA verification. When verification is disabled, no Google verification script or token request is made and no enquiry is submitted; your entries stay in the form. You can enable Google verification in Cookie settings, then submit again, or email info@roelyn.com directly. After verification, your contact details and enquiry are sent to our email service. Server-side rate limiting uses IP addresses and request counts in Cloudflare Durable Objects, not browser cookies.
Your browser and other services
Use Cookie settings in the footer or beside a form at any time to accept, reject or independently change analytics and Google verification. Necessary preference storage is always active. Accept all enables both optional categories; Reject optional disables both. Rejecting analytics does not prevent enquiries if verification is allowed. Withdrawing permission stops future collection and, if the service has loaded, refreshes the page to unload its scripts. Unsent enquiry drafts are temporarily kept in same-page browser history for restoration and removed from that history entry immediately on reload. We remove accessible first-party GA cookies when analytics is disabled; other Google cookies may remain and can be removed using browser settings. Previously collected data is not erased by withdrawal. External email and WhatsApp services have their own privacy practices.
